Q: What is the difference between the cushions’?
A:The Tush-Cush is 14 X 18 inches and the Car-Cush & Compu-Cush measures 13 X 16 inches. We use the same foam and fabric in all the cushions. The only difference is the size.

Q: How are the Car-Cush & Comp-Cush different?
A:
They aren’t, but the Car-Cush comes in 6 colors and the Comp-Cush in black velour only - it’s a "marketing thing".

Q: How long will my cushion last?
A:
We use only the finest quality polyurethane foam with cover fabrics from the furniture and automotive industry. Many happy customers report their cushions have served them over five years.

Q: How do I clean my cushion?
A:
The generation and faux leather covers can be wiped off with warm water and a mild soap. No need to remove the cover. The velour fabric can be removed. We recommend hand washing or on the gentle cycle with mild soap, then line dried. To put it back on, fold the zipper end inside out half way covering the cutout section. Work the corners back in around the cutout and then pull the zipper end back towards the end. Don’t zip it up until the fabric has had a chance to relax a bit. Experience has shown this is the best way.

Q: Can I buy a new cover or new piece of foam?
A:
No, production schedules do not allow for "parting out" the cushions.

Q: What is your warranty?
A:
Our limited warranty is for one year against materials and workmanship. If there is a problem, call us or send the cushion back with a note as to the problem along with your original receipt (a copy will do) and we will replace your cushion free of charge.

Q: If I buy it and don’t like it, what should I do?
A: You can return it to us within 30 days for a refund, minus any shipping charges. All we ask is that you give it a reasonable time. I recommend sitting on it for 2 weeks and then sit without it. Then you’ll realize the benefit and the good it has done you. It may feel strange at first but the more you use it, the more you’ll like it.
